Hello all,
It has been a while since I have written to you so I thought
it was due time that I give you an update. Boy, have the last few months been
tough. We got hit with a cold weather spell and some snow that slowed things
down but I got right back on the horse.
Since I began this journey in January I am happy to report that
I have officially lost at least 7lbs and I have lost 25 and ½ inches from my
body! That’s over two feet! Basically that means since muscles weigh more than
fat and muscle takes up less space I have gained some muscle and lost some serious
fat. I lost 5 and ½ inches on my hips, 6 on my left arm and 5 on my right arm
and etc. Those are all the areas I specifically remember right now!
I want to take this time to specifically thank some people
who have helped me succeed on this journey. First of all I want to thank my
family who has supported me and helped me stay on track. Second, my coworkers
who always give me encouragement and keep me going on Third, all of my blog
readers/Facebook followers who always want to know how I am doing, or commenting
on these posts or sending me personal text/messages. Last but not least my
personal trainers who have shown me with hard work and knowledge can really
make a difference. I couldn’t have done this
without all of you!
I am already beginning to feel better and I have more energy
than before! I can’t wait to see what the next few months have in store as I
continue down this path! Thank you for reading this post.
